The costs per room/night in the Hotel are as follows:  

 

Room Rate Weekdays  Sunday – Thursday starts at $39 +tax and resort fee. 

 (two queen room)

 

Room Rate Weekends Friday- Saturday  starts at $107+tax and resort fee.​

RESORT/AMENITY FEE

$42 resort fee is discounted to $29 per day. 

 

The Resort Fee provides guests with: 

• *Unlimited local phone calls (no long distance or international calls)

• *Two (2) Guest admissions per day to the Fitness Center (does not include use of the spa)

• *In-Room Internet access to include two (2) device per room per day (Property-wide roaming may be available for an additional fee.)

The last day to book at the group rate is May, 6.  However, teams should book their hotel as soon as possible.  Last year Tamara Cup room block was totally filled 1 month before the deadline.

INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATIONS AND CHECK IN

Property allows individual attendee cancellations without penalty up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to the attendee’s scheduled arrival date. If less than 72 hours notice is given, the deposit is non-refundable or failure of the individual attendee to check-in on the scheduled arrival date (each a “no-show”). Any remaining nights of a no-show reservation will be canceled without additional penalty. It is Property’s standard policy to require a credit card or cash deposit from individual attendees upon check-in for incidental charges. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Any departures after 11:00 AM are subject to the full day charge. Each guestroom must have at least one registered guest twenty-one (21) years. of age or older.
